Hosted Group Classes
The most efficient way to hold a group raw food class is a private format. However, if a hostess wishes to include more than 3 guests, we can work with a group; but would restrict it to the shorter schedule.
The hostess provides the same equipment and supplies as with the private class; however, the view is limited and the opportunity for hands on participation is not available.
Logistics
For group classes - a kitchen large enough for classroom style seating, with a clear view of counters and work areas.
